At the time that the COVID-19 regulations halted the progress of the Rhino Cup Champions League, the 14 men's teams spoke to the president of the league committee, Orlando "Watch" Cossa. The RCCL team representatives explained that it's difficult to accept the sudden stoppage of the soccer games and the communities are fearing the return of a gloomy life without soccer.

Orlando "Watch" Cossa is one of those guys that just want to see situations improve for his community, the RCCL and his team, Club de Corumana. Watch was the very first person that Wild and Free Foundation met in 2016, and has been a key member in the growth and success of the RCCL.

A message on behalf of all the Men’s Rhino Cup Champions League Teams.

"To Wild and Free Foundation on behalf of the 14 clubs participating in the Rhino Cup Champions League Mozambique Championship.

It is with deep pain that the whole world is losing their families with the pandemic of the Covid-19 a.k.a corona virus. The Clubs come by this letter to inform that with the long stoppage of our sporting activities we can again suffer certain conceptions in the middle of the community, a problem for young people to return to dismal life."

During the closing ceremony of the 2019 Rhino Cup Champions League exhibition game against Tchuela FC, Club de Corumana coach Orlando Cossa lays his palm on his head in astonishment and concern. Tchuela FC will take a penalty kick against Corumana FC with the hopes of scoring a goal. The match was held at the Corumana soccer field in Mozambique.

"Since we are with Wild and Free Foundation we have a great way to fight against the rhino hunting where humans lose their lives and others are imprisoned and stay in jail. The community in general is also anxious to see the games after so much stop time, but we believe that everything will pass, and the sponsors must continue with the same will that they always had to support us from the bottom of their hearts and for us it is very rare to have people of good faith as our sponsors."

"In the end we say strength to Wild and Free for the project and dedication that this has given us and that the project continues up to 1000 years if it can."
