Being able to hand over soccer kits to the community in Mozambique was like Christmas in April 2017, for us and them! We want the Soccer League we're developing to be official so it uplifts morale and gets them excited. Shoes, nets, balls, referee gear, whistles, field flags, we got it all! Thank you to our Wild and Free Foundation donors for making this possible. Good morning 6:30 a.m. Mozambique. I just want to say hi to you and thank you donors, look at what we're doing, we are bringing happiness, we're bringing soccer, we're bringing sports, hope, love and peace and all that great stuff.
So we got three deliveries, we have; shoes and cleats going to three different teams, we're excited about that, we have soccer nets, which is a big deal. You know it's just not the same, just like basketball, when you shoot on a hoop or a goal with no net, it's just not quite as fun. So, we have; soccer nets, we have shoes, we have referee gears so they're becoming very official in total we have the eight teams, it's really forming here and it's really exciting and thanks to all of you for allyour donations, we just get to be Santa Claus today and deliver happiness because of you. Shoes, nets, balls, referee gear, whistles, field flags, we got it all. Thank you, Wild and Free donors, it's going to be a good day, thank you for the happiness. So for the eight teams they already have their gear and now we’re just bringing them the referee gear, just extras, so we want the league to be as official as possible, so it leads to better morale. We got two nets and we got flags for the linesman and referee outfits, everything just to make the games as official as can be. Especially the guys that are the referees and the linesman, as when they get a flag and their uniform and they undergo training to becoming official referees, they take pride in that. The league is growing and one box and soccer ball at a time, thanks donors for getting there. Eight teams now, you know this village has two nets now for the goals, and kit for the referees and it’s great, we're happy, thank you. We're back at Corumana soccer field, the original field and the team and where the Rhino Cup Champions League was founded. We found, through feedback and through the guys playing for six months now that the shoes wear out really quickly, the hard and tough terrain chews the soccer balls very quickly so it seems every six months we're going to have to get teams new shoes and soccer balls. Yeah, they work great but they wear out really quickly so, soccer cleats and soccer balls are a bigmust, the recurring theme of these are things that we have to raise money for constantly. These soccer boots and balls will get a good six months and then we'll see them after six months, see how that looks, so thanks wild and free, appreciate everything. Mr. Watch look forward to the next game. Watch is the coach of the number one team. Thank you everybody. Comments are closed.
